About Creative Coaching

AMTA’s Founder, Queenie van de Zandt, is a distinguished entertainer, educator, and serenade(er) – basically, she loves to laugh, talk and sing. And she loves to help other people do the same.

Queenie is offering 7 people the opportunity, to have 12 weeks of one-on-one creative coaching sessions with her, in her studio in Melbourne or online from wherever you are through Zoom, and to work with you to help you achieve your artistic goals and to find your unique creative voice, giving you the tools to live a fulfilling and passionate creative life – which is what Queenie is all about.

So, what is Creative Coaching? Well here are some examples of what you could work on together:

Build Your Successful Creative Practice or Launch Your Creative Career
If you’re a jobbing actor or singer and you’re sick of waiting for the phone to ring, Queenie can help you become a creative artist – someone who generates and creates their work, and she can help you with the setup and running of your own creative business.

Create a Cabaret or Produce Your Own Show
If you have an idea for a project or a cabaret show you want to write, Queenie can help you with your development and writing skills. Or if you have an existing play or a musical you want to put on, she can help you produce it, helping you network and get in touch with the creative artists you might want to collaborate with. Or to take the next step and introduce you to the gatekeepers, the people who program festivals and venues, and help you get your show ready to pitch to them.

Improve Your Creative Mindset or Overcome Performance Anxiety & Nerves
Maybe you’re creative but you don’t know how to get started. Or you feel like you don’t have the confidence to create your own work or generate income from your various skills. Or maybe you get anxious and nervous when you perform. If that’s what’s going on for you, Queenie can help you on building your creative mindset and overcoming your fears so you can thrive as a creative artist.

Become Brilliant at Public Speaking
Maybe you’re not an artist but your job involves public speaking and it terrifies you. If that’s the case Queenie can help you find your authentic voice to feel confident in leadership and to have fun when you’re speaking in public.

Develop Your Musical Theatre Performance and Audition Technique
Do you want to learn to embody a character and transport an audience into the story of your song? If you do, Queenie can teach you her unique methodology which has resulted in literally hundreds of her students being cast in professional musicals.

If any of those things sound like something you’d like to do, or if you have other artistic ambitions you'd like to work on, click on the link below and don’t miss this rare opportunity to work with Queenie and achieve your creative goals.

“I just wanted to let you know what a huge impact you have had on me! . . . I was successful in getting my show into the Fringe Hub - then went on to have a wonderful season. I'm now about to take the same play to Adelaide Fringe - then hopefully Edinburgh...so inspiring and so practical.  It empowered me as an artist and has set me on an exciting journey. THANK YOU!!!”
